Club Programs

We are proud to support and represent our nine partnered football association associations in order to assist in the growth of football in Western Sydney. Football Associations in Western Sydney play a vital role in developing the passion and love for football. We acknowledge the hard work and commitment of our partner associations, clubs, volunteers and playing members.

Cooperative Program

The club's cooperative coaching model is designed to support community clubs as well as empower and educate volunteer coaches to deliver a Football Federation Australia aligned program. Our community coaches will support and educate volunteer coaches on-and-off the field to ensure a high-quality session for the club members and a pathway for all coaches.

Program Inclusions

  • Coaching Inservice - An educational night before the start of the season, detailing the design of the program and the functions on the ground
  • Coaching Material - Weekly session plans and supporting video’s to develop understanding in all coaches
  • Session Set-Up and Design - All sessions are designed and set-up by our staff so the focus is on coach development
  • On Field Support - Our community coaches will support coaches before and during the session to deliver the best quality training possible — this includes active demonstrations, coaching tips and session delivery methods
  • Coach Development - All coaches will receive a pathway to delivering high-quality sessions empowering them to train their team effectively, improving club coach retention, enhanced coach education, player development and improved club culture.
